TeCETEL SEEKS SYNERGY WITH INTERNATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR ONLINE EDUCATION (IIOE)

 Team from TeCETEL of the College recently visited the International Institute for Online Education (IIOE), ABU Zaria to seek for synergy in enhancement of education in the College.

The Director of the Centre, Dr. Elasanmi Ajibola who led the team on behalf of the Provost, Dr. Suleiman Balarabe gave brief on the activities of TeCETEL Centre expectations of TetFund.

Dr. Ajibola Further stated that TeCETEL has identified the roles and activities of IIOE, especially for Partnership and advice, in order to achieve a common goal.

He stressed the need for the two parties to come together to share ideas and achieve the desired objective of TeCETEL which he further explained, how it started and mode of operation.

In his response, the team leader of the National Centre of International Institute for Online Education (IIOE), Professor Muhd Mu’azu welcomed TeCETEL Team and expressed happiness, stressing that both TeCETEL and IIOE have a common goal i.e enhancing Teaching and Learning digitally for emerging modern technology.

Prof. Mu’azu also assured TeCETEL of his commitment and promised to work hand in hand with TeCETEL, FCE, Zaria, stressing that collaboration is crucial for improving emerging technology in digital teaching and learning for a fruitful outcome.

TeCETEL crew present during the interaction included Dr. Yahuza Salmanu, Communication and Documentation Officer of the Centre, Dr. Ahmad Zubairu, Research Officer I, Mal. Yusuf Yakubu, Monitoring and Evaluation Officer, Mal. Maiwada Abubakar, Procurement Officer for the Centre, Engr. Abubakar Hassan Muhammed and Mal. Mustapha Mohammed Yusuf, Research Officer II.
